What is the average burn time for your candles?
Our standard 12oz candles burn for approximately 60-70 hours, while our smaller travel tins provide roughly 20-25 hours of fragrance. To maximize burn time, always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before lighting.
Do you use sustainable ingredients?
Yes, we use a proprietary blend of natural soy wax and lead-free cotton wicks. All of our fragrance oils are phthalate-free and ethically sourced to ensure a clean, eco-friendly burn.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your candle arrives damaged or broken, please email us a photo of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship out a replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities to more international destinations in the near future.
Can I reuse the candle jars?
Absolutely! Once 1/2 inch of wax remains, stop burning the candle. You can clean out the remaining wax with warm soapy water and repurpose the glass jar for plants, office supplies, or bathroom storage.
