At Comfort Candle Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused candles in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
